Which spectrum files can this open?

Most spectrometers save in their vendor's own binary format, which normally opens only in that vendor's software on the instrument PC. This page reads the file for you and plots it here - so you can view or share a spectrum without the original software installed.

The formats people most often arrive with: Bruker OPUS (.0, .1, .opus), Thermo / Nicolet OMNIC (.spa), Galactic / GRAMS (.spc), JCAMP-DX (.jdx, .dx), Renishaw (.wdf), PerkinElmer (.sp), Agilent / Varian Cary, JASCO, Shimadzu and Horiba - plus plain CSV or text. Use "50+ more" in the box above for the full list.
